Meeting Moon
This weekend had the pleasure of meeting the rather statuesque Moon and her lovely Mum Melissa in East Sussex, alongside their stable mates Jacque with Titch (lovely Dutch WB) and Natalie with Mango, who with his Irish/German breeding will go far in dressage.
Premium Bit Fitting for Moon and Melissa
Moon is one of the tallest horses I’ve seen for a bit fitting, standing at 18.3 and is rather imposing with her broad shoulders and long legs, she was absolutely impeccably behaved throughout our Premium Bit Fitting and training session.
Melissa rode her beautifully with soft hands and a great seat. Melissa asked for the Premium bitting consultation and training session for Moon. We discussed the issues she was having and what she would like to achieve, so, in the session we worked on her way of going and taught her how to maintain a soft contact and suppleness in every pace while regulating the tempo so Moon stayed really balanced throughout.
Both Moon and Melissa were star pupils and reached their goals for the session. 😊 Pic of myself and lovely Moon below.
