I had a fantastic time at the British Dressage Spring Camp held at Parwood Equestrian Centre.
It was great to have the opportunity to give talks about bit fitting and to support and educate riders, also to see many clients with their horses – all improving by the minute with the superb coaches at camp. Everyone had smiles on their faces, enjoying their horses and the weather.
These BD camps are aimed at every level of rider to learn in a kind supportive and fun environment. It is a great way to have access to equine professionals in many spheres, with top level coaches on hand to help with your training.
I enjoy providing talks about bit fitting at these camps as everyone there has encountered bit evasions at some point and wondered about changing their bit, but are unsure of where to start. This is where I can really help, not just to advise, but to provide support and future guidance as they progress up the levels.
